Eligibility for a Refund

Item Collection: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to initiate a refund request.

Proof of purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the products.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Process for Requesting a Refund

Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact us at info@abesco.com.au or 02 9589 5900 with your order number, the details of the product, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Review: We will review your refund request and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our criteria.

Return: If your refund is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Issuance: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us on info@abesco.com.au or 02 9589 5900.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective but not damaged in the course of or after delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@abesco.com.au or 02 9589 5900.

Terms and Conditions
